Large enclosed column boxes, we adapted the FP-4/2M to achieve this. At Boix, we continuously develop new solutions to meet evolving customer requirements. For this reason, we recently worked on a new project in response to a specific request from one of our customers. They required a box design with larger-than-usual closed columns, to be formed on an FP-4/2M.
To meet this challenge, we successfully adapted the machine, enabling the formation of large enclosed columns with a development of 85 x 112 x 78 mm. As a result, the final box design offers significantly improved strength and stability, while maintaining precise forming and reliable assembly.
This development highlights our ability to modify existing machinery to support more demanding packaging formats without compromising efficiency or quality.
