Boix India Open Days: A strong start at our new location
At the end of February, Boix India proudly hosted two successful Open Days at our new facility, marking an important milestone in our continued growth within the region. Held on 24–25 February, the event brought together professionals from across the agricultural packaging sector, with a particular focus on the banana and mango industries.
The Open Days were not only an opportunity to showcase our machinery, but also to officially open our new location in India. This moment represents a significant step forward for Boix, reinforcing our commitment to being closer to our customers and supporting the rapidly evolving needs of the Indian market.
Over the course of two engaging days, we welcomed a diverse group of growers, exporters, corrugators and pack house representatives. The atmosphere was both dynamic and collaborative, with visitors showing great interest in our solutions and actively participating in discussions. Live machine demonstrations gave attendees a clear view of Boix engineering in action, while tailored explanations helped connect our technology directly to real-world applications.
A key highlight of the event was the series of presentations delivered by our team. These sessions provided valuable insights into market trends, packaging optimisation, and efficiency improvements. Many attendees shared that these presentations sparked new ideas and offered practical perspectives they could take back to their own operations.
We were also pleased to have the support of our Sales Manager from Headquarters, whose extensive experience across Asian markets added further depth to the conversations. Together with the excellent coordination of Sandip, Ashutosh and Amol, and the dedication of the entire Boix team, the event ran seamlessly from start to finish.
The feedback we received was overwhelmingly positive. Visitors appreciated not only the technology on display, but also the open dialogue and the opportunity to connect directly with our technical and commercial experts. Above all, there was a shared sense of enthusiasm about the future of packaging solutions in India.
