The Q-2400 combines innovation and flexibility in a machine capable of satisfiying the most stringent customer requirements.
The Q-2400 is a high production machine that can reach an output of up to 3,000 trays or boxesper hour, depending on the carton.
It can assemble multiple designs and box formats, some designs can reach up to 300 mm. in height and/or 800 mm. in width.

The AR-B is a stacker specially designed for stacking punnets and conical trays, it can also stack TopSeal punnets.

The AR-5 is an adjustable box stacker with automatic stop that allows us to create a stack of boxes and once the desired height (number of boxes per stack) is reached, eject it in the direction of the box advance (in line).
Multiple options are available: different input heights, guides, belts, etc.

The HAT/D is a machine designed for box lidding with use of Hot-Melt, Its main advantages are:
- It can cover boxes of 2 different base sizes and various heights.
- It has a productivity up to 900 lids per hour.
- Improved productivity by being able to lid multiple combinations of boxes.

Double head machine specially designed for the forming of C-1 type trays, Conical trays and Bottom and Lid Boxes.
- Hi production up to 4000 trays/hour.
- Possibility of adjusting each head with different sizes of boxes.

The MCT-1/TS is an automatic machine for forming and gluing punnets and small trays with top ledges on 4 sides, also called Top Seal.
- Double head machine.
- Speed up to 4,800 punnets/hour (2,400 per head).
- It is prepared for forming both square and octagonal Top Seal punnets.

The MBL-3P machine is specially designed to form Bliss box forming.
- This model can only form Bliss boxes.
- It has 6 speeds and can reach 2,000 boxes/hour.
- It has 3 blank feeders, which helps to optimize productivity.

The Curved conveyor belt is an additional options that allows us to transport boxes to the right or left in tight spaces.

These extensible belts offer different possibilities: they can be adjusted to the right or left, adjustable in height, tiltable and foldable when not in use.

The HAT Mini cardboard box lidder is specially designed for automatic lidding of cardboard boxes using Hot-Melt, ensuring a perfect seal for the boxes.

The MCT-1/V is an automatic and adjustable two-head machine for forming of punnets or small Type C-1 trays.
- It can form conical and/or straight punnets or small trays .
- The machine has 6 speeds and can reach up to 7,000 punnets per hour (3,500 per head) .

The Q-4000/DE is capable of forming different tray designs on each head, including the most standard ones (Plaform, P-84, C-1, Open Column., etc.).

The AR-2 is our most complete stacker, since it allows multiple stacking shapes and combinations,
Its main features are:
- It has a box stack pusher system (the number of boxes in each stack can be programmed from the display).
- Multiple boxes can be stacked at the same time: 2 by 2, 3 by 3 or even 4 by 4 (depending on the size of the box).

The FP-4/2M is one of our most flexible machines, as they are capable of forming multiple box designs (Plaform, P-84, Citrus, etc.), but are specially designed for forming all types of column boxes, whether open, closed or L-Column.
- This machine has 3 different models: FP-4/2M-1, FP-4/2M-2 and FP-4/2M-3, depending on the type of boxes they can form.
- It can achieve a sustained output up to 3,000 trays per hour.

The Automatic glue filling system offer us the possibility of self – filling the glue tank equipment constantly and automatically, and allows us to increase the autonomy of the machine and to improve its productivity.

The Q-1800/P is an adaptation to the needs of our customers who demanded a machine that integrates solutions focused on productivity, production control, improvement of autonomy, etc. but without losing the accessibility, flexibility and ergonomics of the machine.
The Q-1800/P offers multiple tray forming possibilities: Plaform, P-84, Open Column, C-1, Citrus and Big Ear. which makes it a very flexible machine.
It has a high-capacity blank feeder.

The Premium MBL-3P DUAL machine is specially designed for forming Bliss Boxes, but unlike the standard MBL-3P it can also assemble other box formats, such as: Plaform, P-84 and Open Column .
It can reach a speed of up to 2,000 boxes/hour.

The Pre-feeder is an add-on that allows you to refill the machine’s feeder fully automatically, it has a large capacity blank magazine.
