Boix Maquinaria has developed the Q-1800 in order to satisfy all those customers who require a compact, small size and easy to use machine .

The Q-1800 can form up to 1,800 trays/hour, it is exclusively developed for C-1 and Plaform carton forming.

Description

The design of the Q-1800 combines a compact solution and easy operation , resulting in a machine that delivers:
  • Convenient access to all components.
  • Sustained production of up to 1,800 trays/hour.
  • Quick change over system.
There are 2 versions of the machine:
  • Plaform® machine with former working in servo mode.
  • C-1 Machine with former working in servo mode.
The Q-1800 also includes other improvements such as:
  • Pusher driven by ELGA: guarantees you a constant glue shot regardless of the working speed.
  • Feeder by Venturi with suction cups
  • Quick box change for boxes of the same base and different heights. (1 minute).
  • Easy access.

    Inserter

    The Inserter is a machine that allows us to form a Cover Box and insert the Bottom Box into it .

    The objective of this procedure is: “To be able to fill the box with products avoiding that the overfilling collapses the bottom box which would make it impossible to place the lid box.”

    This system is widely used in citrus products where they are filled with many kilos.

    • The machine achieves a maximum output of up to 1,000 boxes per hour and can be incorporated into a production line.
    • The Inserter is equipped with a belt for the insertion of the bottom box, already assembled, and a 1,500 mm blank feeder (for approximately 150 blanks), which increases autonomy and avoids interruptions in production.
